This project presents contemporary office spaces designed for Titan Spring, located at FCB Mihrab Towers. The design embodies a balance of sophistication, functionality, and modern corporate identity, creating spaces tailored for productive workflow, high-level meetings and collaborative decision-making.

A neutral palette of warm wood tones, soft greys, and clean whites establishes a calm and professional atmosphere, while carefully integrated textures add depth and elegance. The custom-designed boardroom table anchors the space, complemented by ergonomic seating that ensures comfort during extended sessions.

The ceiling designs feature recessed geometric lighting elements that provide both ambient illumination and a subtle architectural statement. Large window treatments allow for controlled natural light, enhancing the room’s openness while maintaining privacy.

Feature walls with integrated display and refined paneling serves as a focal point, reinforcing the room’s executive character. Every element in the space is curated to reflect precision, clarity, and modern professionalism, delivering an environment that supports productivity and leaves a lasting impression.
